Django Django - “Storm”

It was a matter of right tweet at the right time when I discovered this British quartet. 2012 just rolled in, I was new music hungry and Franz Ferdinand frontman Alex Kapranos tweeted about his love for Django Django’s self-titled album. I took him up on his recommendation and after a marathon listen, I was hooked on their brand of indie pop especially first single, “Default”. We missed their US live debut at Glasslands last month but we’ll get em next time.

Their new video for “Storm” continues a tradition of visuals as fun as their music with this mesmerizing VHS trip.
